We are hiring 1–2 experienced roofing sales professionals who already understand door-to-door and commission-based performance. If you’ve closed exterior restoration, solar, or D2D deals and want to be paid at a higher level, this may be a fit.
Our commission structure is based on a 55/45 split. Top performers receive 40% of job profit with no overhead deducted.
