My experience with Bonner was very professional from initial assessment through replacement and trash pick-up. It was completed on-time, in a single day despite the large surface area to be replaced because they had the right number of personnel working in a coordinated manner. Inconvenience was kept to a minimum despite the large amount of material removed and placed in bins. Importantly, they provided our insurance company the necessary documentation paperwork in a timely manner.

We are very satisfied with our new roof. Josh made the process very straightforward and easy from the selection of the shingles to the insurance aspect. The workers that came were very efficient and did a thorough job on the roof and the clean up afterwards. Josh post follow up was great as well. The only problem was it had to be done on Saturday and not the scheduled Friday. But overall, my wife and I were very pleased.

I cannot recommend Bonner Built highly enough. From the first contact through the installation and the cleanup, we were pleased with the professionalism of the whole staff and crew.They came at the time they promised and worked hard with only a short break for lunch. The roofing crew were very friendly and kept us informed of the progress. All our landscaping was protected and the magnetic cleanup of nails and other materials left no remnants.This is a professional company who do what they say and make what could have been a disruptive day, in fact a very pleasant day. Bonner Built is awesome!!!Following a weeks’ worth of research on local roofers (price quotes, availability, online reviews - lots of reviews) I called Jason Bonner and had an appointment a few days later. Mrs. Dee arrived at my home and quickly got down to business surveying the roof via her drone (SO COOL!!!). That was one powerful drone!! It was major windy and cold that day but Dee maneuvered the drone perfectly over my home and captured detailed high-def images. Because of Dee and her teammate's exceptional details, care and honesty during the quoting phase, we hired Bonner to replace the entire roof as well as address some interior painting repairs.Dee and her team stayed close to the project and communicated often during the entire effort. From 6AM-6PM the team worked to install the new roof. I watched the entire process from my car - the installation was highly choreographed (including which crew member had to get lunch).A couple days later the painters arrived to paint the interior. They were super careful when entering/leaving (removing shoes every time) so as not to leave a single sign that they were in the house. Unbelievable care and attention to detail were made. Professionalism is very important to us and the painters exceeded our expectations in every way.We have plans to use Bonner again for future projects (painting and gutters) once this COVID-19 issue is behind us or at least better understood.Thank you to Dee, Melissa, Jason, and the entire Bonner Built team.

Wes McClure was our rep that assisted us.. He managed the entire process, including working with our Insurance Company to get the roof work approved. He went above and beyond !! The work crew that actually removed and installed the new roof were amazingly fast, efficient and thorough. They completed the job in one day !! They were very polite and respectful as well. I absolutely love my new roof! Bonner Built installed a new roof on my house in November 2019. I was very impressed by their punctuality, the professionalism of the entire staff, (including the work crew), and the quality of work they did.
